As a Mediator
As a trained neutral Divorce and Family Law expert, Emily will assist you with many of your family disputes. Mediation is appropriate in dealing with conflict before separation, in addressing co-parenting and other family conflicts, and in clarifying existing agreements. It can help with resolving conflict that can arise in caring for an aging or disabled relative.
In a divorce and/or custody conflict, Emily will guide you through the entire mediation process and can write your Settlement Agreement. Most often, mediation will save time and money. Mediation is confidential and preserves the dignity of the family. Most importantly, mediation allows families increased control over their future and helps to protect children from the harmful consequences of parental conflict.
